Ladysmith Family and Friends

Ladysmith Family and Friends (LaFF) is a Family Resource Program situated at the community hall (“The Aggie”) in the Town of Ladysmith on beautiful Vancouver Island.

LaFF offers a warm and welcoming environment to children aged 0-6, their parents, grandparents and caregivers, and our many volunteers. We offer community information, parenting resources and sharing, lots of toys to play with, and crafts to make.

We are open four days a week, offering a variety of services such as Triple P Parenting support, a clothing and toy exchange, lending library, nutrition programs and literacy support. LaFF provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with many community service providers that make monthly visits including: a public health nurse, speech and language pathologist, librarian, dental hygienist, childcare resource and referral.
